About This Competition
Welcome to Salute To Service!
CrossFit T1 is honored to be hosting an event on September 17, 2022 as a fundraiser to honor our service members and first responders. The event will be a same sex partner competition consisting of 4 workouts beginning at 8:30am, with Rx, Scaled and Foundations Divisions. Proceeds from ticket sales, as well as donations the day of the event will be going to support local heroes and their families.
We are thrilled you want attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, buy tickets, and more!

BARBELL COMPLEX FOR MAX LOAD
Partners will have 6 minutes to find a combined max load of…

Power Cleans

Partner 2 must hang while Partner 1 completes T2B+C2B combo
WOD 3
8 Minute AMRAP
Partner 1: Echo Bike for calories in 2 minutes
Partner 2: Front Rack Hold
When partner 1 completes their 2 minutes, partners will switch
Partner 2: Echo Bike for calories in 2 minutes
Partner 1: Front Rack Hold
When partners complete their 2 minutes of biking, complete as many thrusters as possible in the remaining 4 minutes
WOD 4
Using a 50/35# DB
in an 8 minute window, partners will complete synchro movements of
4 total reps, alternating arms
1 dumbbell squat clean into
1 front rack reverse lunge right leg into
1 front rack reverse lunge left leg
1 squat clean + right leg reverse lunge + left leg reverse lunge = 1 rep
Partner 1 will then take both dumbbells and hold over head while partner 2 completes 4 shuttle runs
Partners will then continue the 4 total reps of synchro movements, alternating over head holds & shuttle runs until the 8 minutes are up
