About This Competition
Origins STATE OF CF ORIGIN mixed pairs comp is back for another year, and we are pumped!
Get your team together by locking in your favourite gym hubby or wife and register for a day of fun, blood sweat and tears for what we promise to be another great day!
There will be plenty of workout time, well thought-out events and plenty of space, good people and good times.
The Competition will have 3 mixed pairs divisions:
-Open
-Masters (Combined age over 80)
-Advanced (Cash prizes)
*Registration cost $150 per team.
Registration is available until Sunday 18th September.
*Whilst we don't offer refunds we are happy for you to substitute athletes to fill your spot in the same division. Please email info@crossfitorigin.com.au to let us know.

Workouts
Athletes will have 40 seconds to complete a successful lift and progress as far through the ladder in the following complex:
Advanced: Squat clean + thruster
*Tie Break: Max reps front squats
Open/Masters: Clean (power or squat) + thruster

Female- 40/50/55/60/65/70/Athletes choice of weight
Open/Masters
Male- 50/60/70/75/80/85/Athletes choice of weight
Female- 30/35/40/45/50/55/Athletes choice of weight
