DON’T BLINK / PART 1:
Athletes must start in the start zone (1 Hand touching the wall)
After the call of "3, 2, 1 ... go," Both Athletes may begin their 30 SYNCHRO DEADLIFTS. Once completed, both Athletes can then advance to 10 WALL FACING HSPU (share as needed). Once completed, both Athletes can then advance to the 20 SYNCHRO DEADLIFTS. Once completed, both Athletes can then advance to the 20 STRICT HSPU (share as needed). Once completed, both Athletes can then advance to the 10 SYNCHRO DEADLIFTS. Once completed, both Athletes can then advance to the final 30 HSPU (share as needed).
The team’s score is the total time taken to complete the workout. In the event of a time cap, the team’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed. If team doesn’t complete part 1, they can’t start part 2 leaving you with a total of Zero.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS:
SYNCHRO DEADLIFT:
This is a traditional deadlift with the hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Starting at the floor, the athletes lift the barbell until their hips, knees and hips reach full extension with their shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout the entire movement. No bouncing. For the synchronised deadlift to count, both athletes must be standing with the bar at full extension at the same time.
WALL FACING HANDSTAND PUSH UP:
Each repetition starts and finishes with the athlete facing the wall, arms fully extended in the lockout position, with shoulders aligned. The head must touch the ground at the bottom, and the feet must stay on the wall throughout. A repetition is counted when the athlete returns to the lockout position, heels against the wall, with arms, hips, and legs fully extended, and shoulders aligned. It's important to note that athletes must initiate each repetition from a wall walk.
STRICT HANDSTAND PUSH UP:
Each rep starts and ends with the athlete in lockout position: arms fully extended, shoulders aligned. Head must touch ground at bottom. Feet must stay on wall throughout; no kipping allowed, must be strict. Reps invalidated if assisted by hips or legs; only heels touch wall. Feet width limited to hand width. Rep credited when athlete returns to lockout: heels on wall, arms, hips, legs fully extended, shoulders aligned.
HANDSTAND PUSH UP:
Each repetition starts and finishes with the athlete in a fully extended position, head touching the ground at the bottom. Kipping is permitted, and the feet must not exceed the width of the hands. A repetition is counted when the athlete returns to the fully extended position with heels on the wall and shoulders aligned with the body.
CLEAN:
Complex begins with barbell on the ground and must be lifted from the ground to the shoulders in one motion. A muscle clean, power clean, split clean, or squat clean may be used, as long as the barbell comes up to the rack position on the shoulders.
HANG CLEAN:
Athletes can perform the hang from any of these positions, high hang and above the knee. the athlete must stand to full extension at the top of each rest with elbows clearly in front of the barbell. Any variation of the clean may be completed a muscle clean, a power clean, a split clean or a squat clean will all be counted as long as the athletes at the top of each rep, stand to full extension.
No bouncing when transitioning between CLEAN to HANG CLEAN and show that arms locked out.
Touch and go on complex from HANG CLEAN to CLEAN.

At the top of the movement, both hands must touch LINE 1, 2, and 3 as they progress before the athlete can descend. Any part of the hand may touch the tape line.
On the descent, the feet must remain on the wall until both hands are touching the first line.
The rep is credited when the athlete returns to the starting position, with both hands touching the first line and their chest, thighs, and feet touching the ground.
Any part of the hand may make contact with the tape line.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS:
PULL-UPS:
The athlete must start each rep with arms fully extended and feet off the ground. Any style of pull-up or grip is permitted as long as the requirements are met. The rep is credited when the Athlete’s chin breaks the horizontal plane of the bar. Wearing hand protection is permitted, Taping the bar is not permitted.
CHEST TO BAR:
The athlete must start each rep with their arms fully extended and their feet off the ground. Any style of pull-up or grip is permitted as long as the other requirements are met. The rep is credited when the athlete’s chest clearly comes into contact with the bar at or below the collarbone. Wearing hand protection is permitted. Taping the bar is not permitted.
BAR MUSCLE UP:
The athlete must begin with or pass through a hang below the bar, with arms fully extended and feet off the ground. Kipping the muscle-up is acceptable, but pull-overs, rolls to support, and glide kips are not permitted. No portion of the foot may rise above the lowest part of the bar during the kip. The athlete must pass through some portion of a dip before locking out over the bar.
SYNC DUAL KB FRONT SQUATS:
Each set of fronts squats must begin with the Kettlebells on the ground. A full squat clean is permitted but not required to start the movement. The crease of the hip must be clearly below the top of the knees at the bottom. The rep is credited when Both Athletes reach lockout together with the: - hips and knees fully extended.
All athletes must reach the lockout position together. If some athletes reach lockout ahead of the others, they may hold the top and wait for their team mate.
SYNC DKB WALKING LUNGES:
A full grip around the handle of the Kettlebells must be maintained for the duration of the lunge. The Athletes must start with both behind the line and finish each section with both feet over the line, knees and hips extended, and the Kettlebells in the rack position before lowering the Kettlebells from the shoulders. The lunge is completed when Both Athletes reach lockout together with the: - feet together, hips and knees fully extended.
If some athletes reach lockout ahead of the others, they may hold the top and wait for the rest of their team mate.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
TOES TO BAR:
Begin by hanging from the pull-up bar with arms extended. Heels must be brought back behind the bar. Overhand, underhand, or mixed grips are all permitted.
The rep is credited when both feet come in contact with the bar at the same time, between the hands. Any part of the feet may make contact with the bar.
DUAL DB THRUSTERS:
Each set of dumbbell thrusters begins with dumbbells on the ground. Hold the dumbbells in the front-rack position during the squat.
Dumbbells move from the bottom of a front squat to full lockout overhead. A full squat clean into the thruster is allowed. The hip crease must clearly pass below the top of the knees in the bottom position.
The rep is credited when the dumbbells are locked out overhead, with the hips, knees, and arms fully extended; and both dumbbells are directly over or slightly behind the middle of the body. Continue pressing the weight up until lockout. Re-dipping during the press (i.e., performing a jerk) will result in a "no rep." Athletes may not receive assistance when picking up or setting down the dumbbells.
BURPEE BOX GET OVERS:
The athlete must be facing the box at the bottom position, with the athlete's chest touching the ground. A step out or jump out and back from the bottom of the burpee IS allowed. The athlete must come to their feet and get over the box to the other side however they see fit where the rep will be counted and the next rep may begin. Landing on top of the box is allowed, but not required. The feet must go over the box NOT around it. Full extension at the top is not required.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS:
DOUBLE UNDERS:
This is the standard double-under in which the rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count. Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.
HANG SNATCH:
The barbell starts on the ground and must be lifted to the hang position before proceeding. Athletes can hang from either the high hang or above the knee. No bouncing is allowed when transitioning from overhead to hang position and back. The barbell must settle on the ground before starting the next repetition. It must be fully extended overhead, with hips, knees, and arms fully locked out, and the bar directly over or slightly behind the body's midpoint. Passing below parallel is not required. Power snatches, squat snatches, and split snatches are allowed, but snatching from the ground is not permitted.

Athletes must begin in the start zone (1 Hand touching the wall)
After the call of "3, 2, 1 ... go, Athlete 1 will complete 1 full Round, starting with 120 SINGLE UNDERS. Once completed, Athlete 1 can then advance to the 12 HANG SNATCHES. Once completed, Athlete 1 can then advance to the 80 SINGLE UNDERS. Once completed, Athlete 1 can then advance to the 9 HANG SNATCHES. Once completed, Athlete 1 can then advance to the 40 SINGLE UNDERS. Once completed, Athlete 1 can then advance to their final 6 HANG SNATCHES. Once completed (BARBELL WEIGHT CAN NOW BE CHANGED) , Athlete 1 must tag Athlete 2 who can start the final Round, starting with 120 DOUBLE UNDERS, Once completed, Athlete 2.....Etc
When all Rounds have been completed, Athletes must run to the finish Zone.
The team’s score is the total time taken to complete the workout. In the event of a time cap, the team’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed.
