About This Competition
WE ARE the Functional Fitness Festival = 3F THROWDOWN
We would like to welcome you to our special event
Functional Fitness Festival = 3F Throwdown.
This event goal is to gather all Functional Fitness enthusiasts from region and Europe. We are going to provide you a fantastic on-site event and are gonna test your limits. We promise!
It's gonna be arough and challenging experience but it gonna be 100% worth.

EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I declare that I am aware that there are significant risks involved in participating as an competitor at 3FThrowdown. These risks include, but are not limited to: falls which can result in serious injury or death, injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, or other people around me, injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment. I am aware that any of these above mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to me. I affirm that I am fully aware of the risks of rhabdomyolysis. I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in or attendance at the 3FThrowdown. I have no physical impairments or illnesses that will endanger myself or others.
IMAGES:
Spectators and participants of 3FThrowdown, and persons authorized by the organizers, have permission to take pictures and videos of me and use them on their website and other promotional materials without compensating to me. Images obtained by me can also be used for any additional commercial purpose without prior written consent by the organizers of 3FThrowdown.
RULES:
I have been informed about the Rules and Conditions of the competition and declare that I accept and understand them. I understand and accept that organizers of 3FThrowdown reserve the right to terminate any athlete, volunteer or spectator's participation in the event at any time, with no further obligation or duty to such athlete. Reasons for disqualification may include, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, any of the following non-exhaustive examples: taunting another competitor or other unsportsmanlike behavior, any actions the evince an intent to cheat or circumvent the rules or intent of the Rules, any conduct in violation of law, and any conduct which would bring disrepute upon the event.
REGISTRATION FEE:
I understand that a refund of the paid registration fee will not be possible in the event of my cancellation of participation.
I also understand and accept that in case of postponement / cancellation of the competition by the organizers due to emergencies and unexpected situations or bans due to the COVID-19 epidemic refund of registration fee will be only partially possible or registration fee will be kept for another date of the competition in agreement with competitors.
FINAL PROVISIONS:
I declare that I am voluntarily signing this document, that I understand the consequences of my signature and agree to the conditions described above.
