About This Competition

CASUAL THROWDOWN INDIVIDUAL EDITION 
Two weekends, five exciting workouts and tons of action – join us and wrap up the year at CASUAL THROWDOWN! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or taking your first steps into the world of competition – our online event offers the right level for everyone. 


Why participate? 
No pressure of a qualification phase – start the event immediately! 
End the year with an online competition – easy from your home box or gym. 
Compete with athletes at your fitness level. 
 

Event Details: 
Dates: 
Weekend 1: November 8th – 10th (3 workouts) 
Weekend 2: November 15th – 17th (2 workouts) 


Divisions: 
RX'd men/women 
Scaled Men/Women 
Masters 40+ Men/Women 


The workouts will be released every preceding Thursday at 10 pm (CET). You will have time until the following Monday at 10 am (CET) to complete the workouts and submit your scores and videos. 
 

RX'd 
The competition season is over, but you want to end the year with one more highlight? Then CASUAL THROWDOWN is perfect for you! It is your chance to compete at a high fitness level and prove your skills against other athletes. 
Division standards: As prescribed – for athletes who can perform all regular movements with standard weights as in the CF Open. 
  
Scaled 
Do you like to take part in one of your first functional fitness competitions without going through a qualification phase? Then our Scaled Division is the right choice for you! You can take your first steps into the competition world and gain experience – all from the comfort of your own home box or gym. 
Division standards: For athletes with some experience who are not yet ready for the RX'd version. No high-skill movements will be required. 

Masters 40+ 
You want to compete at the RX'd division but prefer a competition in your age group? Our Masters 40+ division offers this opportunity. Compete against like-minded athletes and show what top performances are possible at 40+! 
Division standards: The weights and standards are slightly lighter than in the RX'd division but more challenging than in the Scaled division.
