About This Competition
Grab your partner and get ready to rumble!
Same sex teams of two with divisions for Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters (35+), and Adaptive.
The Adaptive division will be individual.
There will be 3 workouts and a floater WOD that will test you and your partner on all levels of functional fitness and FUN!

Barbells will be in a line, each athlete will line up behind each other and go down the line with 1 minute at each bar and a 30 second transition to the next bar. Each partner’s score will count, this workout will be a total of 2 scores for each team.
