About This Competition

Grab your partner and get ready to rumble!

Same sex teams of two with divisions for Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters (35+), and Adaptive.

The Adaptive division will be individual.

There will be 3 workouts and a floater WOD that will test you and your partner on all levels of functional fitness and FUN!
