Summer Slam 2022 Presented by Patriot CrossFit
About This Competition
We are pleased to announce that on Saturday, August 20th, Patriot CrossFit will be hosting its first annual Summer Slam!
We will have a total of 24 Rx Teams (12 MMF and 12 FFM) and 24 Scaled Teams (12 MMF and 12 FFM). The competition will run "Power Hour" style, meaning each team will complete events back to back rather than spaced out throughout the day. There will be a total of 6 heats throughout the day with 8 teams in each heat. Each heat will run every 70 minutes. During those 70 minutes, teams will complete a total of four (4) events to test their fitness level!
The early bird price per each three person team is $180 ($60 per Athlete). Our early bird special will end on June 25, 2022 so be sure to take advantage! In the event of a registration cancellation, the team will be eligible for a refund if the cancellation request is made within 10 days of the date of purchase. After 10 days, the team will no longer be eligible for a refund. You may, however, transfer your registration to another Athlete up until August 1, 2022.
All athletes will receive a welcome bag and T-Shirt the morning of the event as long as they register prior to July 13, 2022.
Workouts will be released between July 22, 2022 and August 15, 2022.
The top three teams of each division will recieve prizes for thir efforts. We will also have a raffle for both athletes and spectators the day fo the event in which a portion of the proceeds will go towards a local charity. Athletes will be briefed on movement standards prior to the event and will have an opportuity to ask any and all questions.
Judges and volunteers will receive an Event T-shirt and a meal provided by Mighty Meals along with other gifts from local sponsors.
