About This Competition

Crossfit Ephrata presents its 5th annual TURKEY THROWDOWN!

This year we will have following divisions:
1. Men's Masters - 40-49 years of age - 10 spot limit
2. Women's Masters - 40-49 years of age - 10 spot limit
3. Men's Masters - 50+ years of age - 10 spot limit
4. Women's Masters - 50+ years of age - 10 spot limit
5. Men's RX -20 spots limit
6. Women's RX- 20 spots limit

SPACE IS LIMITED!

Schedule:
- The Masters competition will take place from 9a-12p
- The RX competition will take place from 1p-4p.
- Registration for Masters athletes begins at 8am.
- Registration for RX athletes begins at 12p.

T-shirt included with registration.

3 events + 1 final event for qualifiers (workout TBA)!

Workouts:
WOD #1 - 13 minute Time Cap
1 Lap Run
50 Air Squats
25 HSPU (kipping allowed)
1 Lap Run Carrying Wall Ball (20/14)
50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
25 Strict HSPU

M- 40-49
1 Lap Run
35 Air Squats
15 HSPU (kipping allowed)
1 Lap Run with Wall Ball (20/14)
35 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
15 HSPU (kipping allowed)

M- 50 +
1 Lap Run
25 Air Squats
2 Wall Walks (start in push up position, walk body in to vertical position tight to wall, walk back out for full rep)
1 Lap Run with Wall Ball (20/14)
25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
2 Wall Walks

10 Deadlifts (275/205)
20 Toes To Bar
100 Double Unders
