About This Competition
Go where no man has gone before...
This is the latest local competition to come to the SBC area, it will be hosted in-house at No Ceilings CrossFit. We plan on having a well rounded test of fitness and overall fun event for the local community to get involved in!

Divisions: Rx and Scaled TEAM Male/Male and Female/Female
Registration ends April 10th 2024
*Tickets are $135 per team for early bird registration and $150 per team once early bird registration ends (All registration fees are nonrefundable.)
This competition has a limited amount of spots and will be ran in heats of 4 to utilize floor space efficiently

15-12-9 Synchronized Thrusters
30-24-18 Chest to Bar Pullups (Split)
Max Effort Bar muscle ups/Chin ups + Echo Bike Cals
Athletes must perform at least 3 Bar Muscle ups/Chin ups to be allowed to switch
6 ascending weight bars. Weight must be lifted (cleaned) 3 times at first bar 3 times at second bar, 2 times at 3rd bar 2 times ar 4th far and 1 time at the final 2 bars.
You must progress the sand bag to the next bar before being allowed to lift that bar.
Rx:135/95, 185/125, 205/145, 225/155, 245/165, 265/175 (Sandbag 150/100)
Scaled: 95/65, 135/95, 155/105 185/125, 205/145, 225/155 (Sandbag 100/80)
Athletes pull a truck together one section, perform 30 Synchro DB snatches, pull another section, perform 20 synchro DB snatches, pull another section, Perform 10 synchro DB snatches, then finish with one last section of pulling.
15 Minute AMRAP of
200M run
2,4,6,8,10 etc... Rope Climbs (split)
5,10,15,20,25... etc Synchronized Toes to Bar
