About This Competition

WOD 1 - Shin Guards?
3:00 Workload
25 calorie sprint on Assault Bike
max reps - box jump up & over until time expires… Men-24", Women-20"
(athletes must perform 2 foot take-off, and have 2 foot landing on box before maneuvering to the other side… 
athletes must be facing the box for each jump… no lateral jumping)

Score = Total reps of completed jump up & over… athlete must get on the floor on the other side of the box for rep to count!


WOD 2A - Skip & Rip
For time (6:00 CAP)
20 double unders + 8 power cleans… Men-95, Women-55
20 double unders + 8 power cleans… Men-115, Women-75
20 double unders + 8 power cleans… Men-135, Women-95
20 double unders + 8 power cleans… Men-165, Women-115
(athletes must adjust barbells before starting double unders each set)

WOD 2B - Pick Your Poison
-choose a movement for max points until the 6:00 clock expires
Power Cleans… Men 185, Women 135… 3 points per rep
Deadlifts… Men 185, Women 135… 1 point per rep
(you must dance with your date!!!... athletes cannot switch between movements, and must let judges know what they are doing prior to start of the workout)

WOD 2A Score = Fastest time… incomplete reps will be added as seconds to 6:00 time cap
WOD 2B Score = Total points


WOD 3 - To Pace or To Race…?
15:00 workload + 4:00 rest = 19:00 running clock
3:00 - max calorie row
1:00 - REST
3:00 - max reps dumbbell ground to overhead, total reps, alternating arms… Men-75, Women-50
1:00 - REST
3:00 - max calorie row
1:00 - REST
3:00 - choose a movement and accumulate max points in 3:00
pull-up/t2b combo = 1 point (1 pull-up + 1 t2b linked together = 1 rep)
ring muscle-ups = 3 points
(you must dance with your date!!!... athletes cannot switch between movements, and must let judges know what they are doing prior to start of the workout)

Score = LOWEST row + total db g2oh reps + total points


Floater WOD - L-sit for max time
L-sit Details:
-athletes will sit between pvc parallettes with legs straight out in front
-judges will adjust 45# bumper plate so the edge of the top of the bumper is in alignment with bottom of athlete's feet
-clock starts when athlete initiates the L-sit
-L-sit is terminated when...
1) athlete makes contact with the 45# bumper plate
2) any part of the athletes legs/feet break the plane of the 45# bumper plate
