Score is total gymnastics reps
Each team will have 1 x 20kg Plate, 1 x 15kg Plate, 1 x 10kg Plate
Gymnastics can only be completed 1 movement at a time.
Sub Team A - 3 Athletes Perform:
800m Run Holding Rope
Sub Team B - 3 Athletes Perform
Ski Cals , Bike Erg Cals, Row Cals (athletes can rotate)
Both Teams working at the same time.
Teams will swap when A gets back from the run.
When B gets back both teams will continue on Ergs until Cap.
Score is total Cals from all 3 Ergs at cap.

2 Athletes Find A Max Load For Complex
2 Deadlift + 3 Hang Cleans + 1 Jerk

Min 12-17:
2 Athletes Find A Max Load For Complex
3 Deadlift + 1 Hang Clean + 2 Jerks
Teams will be issued 1 male + 1 female barbell plus enough weight. You will nominate 2 people for each complex. Athletes can be any combination for that complex as long as everyone lifts once.
Score is total combined load from each athletes heaviest successful lift.

Pair A: Synchro
6 Alt DB Snatch (30/22.5kg)
6 DB Goblet Squat
6 TTB
6 Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
Max Cal Echo
Pair B: Synchro
6 Alt DB Snatch (22.5/15kg)
6 DB Goblet Squat
6 TTB or 10 Situps
6 Box Jump Overs or Step Overs (24"/20")

Pair C: Synchro

Once pair A reaches the Echo Bike pair B will start. Pair A will accumulate Cals until pair B gets to the bike then they swap. Pair C starts when pair B gets to the Echo and the teams will rotate like this until the 12 minute Cap.
One pair will use 1 x 30/22.5kg
One pair will use 1 x 22.5/15kg
One pair will use 1 x 17.5/12.5kg
