About This Competition

The Open Open We’re keeping the Open... open. This year, we’re bringing the competition home—on our terms. Same workouts, same timeframe, but with an inclusive community leaderboard and all proceeds going to GLSEN, an organization dedicated to making sports and fitness spaces safe for LGBTQ+ youth. 💥 How it works: - Every Friday in class, we’ll hit the Open workout. - Or, join us Friday Night at 5:30 PM for a high-energy, community showdown. - Scores will be tracked on our integrated leaderboard—one division, no exclusions. - $20 registration fee goes directly to GLSEN. - All gym members and friends are welcome to judge, cheer, and hang out—let’s make it a night. We’re here to compete, include, and stand together. Let’s make this Open one that truly represents our community!

- 3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
- 3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
- 30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.

42 double-unders
21 thrusters (weight 1)
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
36 double-unders

15 thrusters (weight 3)

Time cap: 12 minutes

♂ 95, 115, 135 lb (43, 52, 61 kg)
