About This Competition
No Rep Apparel & Zakk Wild Introduce INTO THE WILD WEST, it will see TEAMS OF THREE battle it out on the WOD Floor!
Felt so nice we had to do it twice!
Accessible for a wide range of athletes with an emphasis on how you adapt as a team!
Spectators Enrty is FREE and there will be ample parking on the day!
Each Team Will Carry out 4 Workouts Across the Day!
Athletes will receive a FREE Goodie bag including a No Rep Apparel Event Tee! And Prizes will be included for the Podiums!
The event will Take place at Beyond Walls in Maidenhead and will have a variety of Vendors including Food & Drink!
We have 3 categories:
EVERYDAY which is inclusive for ALL with lighter weights, no minimum work requirements, simple gymnastic movements. Perfect for your first comp.
INTERMEDIATE will see heavier weights, higher reps, longer distances and more work. Gymnastic movements may include Chest to Bar. Perfect for teams who are looking to pit themselves against some tough workouts for a full weekend. Also Perfect if you want to challenge yourself to An RX Comp with less Higher skilled Movements!
RX- This is an all movement category with heavier weights and potential for higher skilled gymnastic movement including muscle ups and hand stand walks!

20 sync DB Snatch
10 sync Single Arm DB Lunge
- In Remaining Time -
AMRAP Shuttle Runs (athletes to perform 1 shuttle run each & then change)
Scaled: 10kg DB to be used & 2 way sync on Snatch & Lunge (held in any position)
Intermediate: 22.5/15kg DB to be used & 3 way sync on Snatch & Lunge (held in front rack)
Elite: 22.5/15kg DB to be used & 3 way sync on Snatch & Lunge (held overhead)
12 Minute EMOM - For Load
1 Clean & Jerk to be performed every minute, with Athlete 1 lifting from 0:00-4:00, Athlete 2 lifting from 4:00-8:00 & Athlete 3 lifting from 8:00-12:00.
1 lift attempt to be made each minute - weight CANNOT be changed or reattempted in a minute, it can be changed after each lift in preperation of the following interval.
Score is the total weight lifted across all 12 minutes.
Everyday & Intermediate - any variation of a clean & jerk can be performed.
Elite - clean MUST be performed as a squat clean, jerk can be any variation.
