About This Competition
Welcome to Central New York's largest and longest running fitness competition. What started over a decade ago with a small handful of local athletes competing for the title of fittest in Central New York. No Weak Links has turned into hundreds of athletes from around the state converging on the Mohawk Valley Wellness to test their fitness.
On May 4, 2024, Mohawk Valley Wellness invites you to participate in, No Weak Links: Guac and Gainz, a MMFF, Team of 4 event with three divisions, RX, Intermediate and Master’s.
Each division will consist of 16 teams battling through 4 workouts. Winners will be determined following the 4th Workout in Each Division. There will be no Finals WOD.
Grab your team and compete for the Fittest Team of Cinco de Mayo.
***Master’s Division Athletes Must be Above 35 Years Old***
