SixFit Showdown 2024
About This Competition
Welcome to the SixFit Showdown, an inclusive competition designed for all levels of athletes. Whether you're an elite competitor or just starting your CrossFit journey, this event will challenge you in all aspects of fitness.
Teams of six (three males and three females) will face five unique events that test endurance, strength, gymnastics skills, and teamwork. The workouts are crafted to highlight your team’s strengths, with a scoring system that rewards different levels of difficulty in movements.
Expect a high-energy, fast-paced competition with minimal rest between events. Each heat will feature four teams battling it out, ensuring an action-packed experience from start to finish.
To ensure smooth competition flow, teams are required to book a specific time slot during registration. Available time slots are:
9:00 - 10:20
11:00 - 12:20
13:00 - 14:20
Each slot includes 90 minutes of intense competition time. Once you’ve registered and selected your time slot, your team will be locked into that schedule.
