CBS MOVES
About This Competition
CBS MOVES
In times of isolation and uncertainty, it’s now more than ever important to keep your mind and body active! Whether you’re stuck in quarantine alone, with roomies or family, CBS MOVES is here to get you moving!
Working out alone is just not as fun, but it’s unfortunately necessary these days. Therefore, CBS Mercury will provide you with a feeling of togetherness and spark your competitive gene when #wemove together but apart in our upcoming workout competition CBS MOVES.
Our intention with the CBS MOVES competition is to encourage ALL our fellow students sitting at home to get moving. EVERYONE can participate, no matter your condition or the number of corona-kilos you’ve gained, and what better way to get moving than a fun and friendly competition/challenge.
The competition is FREE and will last for one week with 3 workouts to complete. The Workouts will be released on:
Monday the 20th of April - 7:00 am
Tuesday the 21st of April - 7:00 am
Wednesday the 22nd of April - 7:00 am
However, you have until Sunday to get moving and submit your scores to the Leaderboard.
Let your fellows know about CBS MOVES and compete against them on the leaderboard. We use an ‘honest policy’ which means no videos, no judges and no reason not to join in – so sign up now!
We at CBS Mercury believe that physical activity and positive energy is key to reach the other side both stronger and better together!
This is why #wemoveCBS
