Unit15 In House Competition 2023
About This Competition
IN HOUSE COMP FOR UNIT15 MEMBERS
Saturday 9th September 8:00AM- 16:00PM
This year will be a Mixed pairs (M/F) comp.
There will be 3 Events and a final.
There will be 1 masters heat (total age over 95 years & both athletes must be over 35 years) can be M\M, F/F or M/F.
WODs 1-3 will be low skilled and designed so that everyone can participate!!
The Final will be slightly more advanced and may involve higher skilled movements but again will be designed so no one is standing still.
Workouts will be released within the week prior to 9th Sept.
No Refunds.
