About This Competition

Deka Comp in partneship with Murph Fitness presents:

The second edition of the Online Proving Grounds

CASH PRIZES FOR RX DIVISION WINNERS


6 events and challenges over 3 days, Semifinal style.

Events will be published over 3 days and you will have a 24 hour window to perform each published set of events.

Each set of events will be published the day before at 5pm ET over the weekend of October 1st to 3rd 2020. 

Friday's workouts will be published on the Thursday, Saturday's workouts on the Friday and Sunday's workouts on the Saturday.

Winners of the RX categories will receives Cash prizes!

Categories:

RX, Intermediate & Beginner

 

RX Standards:

- Ring Muscle ups / BMU
- HS walk
- Clean @ 265/185 lbs

 

Intermediate Standards:

- Ring Muscle ups / BMU @ lower reps
- HS walk @ lower distance
- Clean @ 205/145

Beginner standards:

Inspired by the Open's standards for Scaled

 

Equipment necessary per division:

RX

-45lbs barbell for men, 35lbs for women
- Plates up to a max lift
- Medecine ball 20lbs for men, 14lbs for women
- DB 2x 50lbs for men, DB 2x 35lbs for women
- Jump rope
- C2 Concept Rower
- Pull-up bar
- Box 30"/24"
- Gymnastic Rings
- 25' length corridor with 5' increments

 

Intermediate
