12 minute AMRAP

15 clean and jerk
15 snatches

every third minute, you must stop and complete 10 burpees over bar before you get back to the barbell.

93lbs and 135lbs Rxd
63lbs and 95lbs Scaled

Deads & Dubs

For the scoring on this one, reps at the first two barbells will be worth 1 point and reps at the last two barbells are worth two points for both Rx'd and Scaled.  

Teams will have two minutes at each station to complete:

RXD:

40 double unders (only one person can do these or they can split them up between partners) then move to the first set of bars and complete max rep deadlifts at the first weight. Only one athlete will work at a time.

After two minutes they rest for 1 minute. During that time you rest and change your weights. Weights will be set out for you. You will do this 4 times. So two minutes on, rest one minute, two minutes on at higher weight, rest one minute, etc....

40 dubs then
barbell 1 - 123/185          reps worth 1 point
40 dubs then
barbell 2 - 153/225          reps worth 1 point
40 dubs then
barbell 3 - 183/275          reps worth 2 points
40 dubs then
barbell 4 - 203/295          reps worth 2 points

**Max reps added up after 4 rounds, total reps between the two athletes completed is your score. Working on the scoring now, will update you with how the reps will be weighted shortly.

SCALED:
You can choose to do double or single unders but you must let your judge know at the beginning and you can not switch during the workout. If you choose doubles both you and your partner must do them and no single unders will count. If you do singles, you must complete 75 each round.
