The Trinity Throwdown 2022
About This Competition
The Trinity Throwdown is a Competition consisting of MMF or FFM teams.
It is one day event being held on May 1, 2022 at CrossFit Currumbin on the beautiful Gold Coast.
There will be cash up for grabs as well as prizes for all divisions.
Divisions are Advanced, Intermediate/Masters (Minimum age 35).
