About This Competition
The Fittest in Arkansas is back! This spring, grab your favorite partner for a two person, same gender team competition taking place at CrossFit Conway.
Beginning the afternoon of May 7th through Saturday May 8th.
**Please note that event times listed here are approximate and will be confirmed at a later date. Plan to be off work and in Conway Friday early afternoon**
⭐️ Scaled, Intermediate, and RX divisions.
⭐️ Two Person, Same Gender teams
⭐️ Early registration fee $155 through Wednesday, Feb 3rd at 12pm NOON! $175 regular registration fee
Registration opens 10am Feb 1st and will close at noon on April 17th (or when heats are full for your division). We do expect it to fill up, so register ASAP!

Workouts
Athlete has 30 seconds to lift the prescribed load. After a 15 second transition, the athlete will advance to weight 2, and the next athlete in line will advance to weight 1 until all athletes in the division have lifted. Athlete may take multiple attempts within the 30 seconds, but if you fail to lift the weight you must leave the floor during transition period.
