This year we are hosting 2 same sex divisions, RX and Scaled as well as a new division

Same sex pairs M/M, F/F, NEW M/F

Grab your partner and get ready to throwdown!

Workouts

RX

For Time: Part A: 14:00 cap (18:00) total

60 synchro lateral burpees over bar

40 clean and jerks 135/95lb

200 double unders 

Right into 

PART B

For total load

Max Clean and Jerk

Both partners must complete all burpees

Split the remainder of movements any way, one partner working at a time.

Teams can begin max clean and jerk attempts as soon as they finsh required work. If team does not finish within time cap they can begin the lift at the 14:00.

One partner lifts at a time. Partners have as many attempts as time allows. Partners may assist with weights. Barbell must be off the ground by 17:59

300 single unders

SCALED TEAMS ONLY:

For any athlete that cannot do single leg toes to bar they can do hanging knee raises, 3 reps = 1 point

For any athete that cannot do chin over the bar pull ups:

they can do jumping chest to bar pull ups, 3 reps = 1 point

RX

Score 1: For Time

20 Wall walks

60 alternating front rack dumbell reverse lunges (2x50#/2x35#)

100 alternating dumbell snatches (50#/35#)

Score 2: Echo Bike Calories

Teams may split reps however they wish but the movements must be completed in order. All reps of each movement must be completed before moving on to the next.

One partner must be actively biking at all times. 

If the bike stops, the work stops until someone is on the bike pedaling. 

Partners must tag before beginning each transition

Scaled

20 Wall walks (scaled standard)

60 alternating front rack dumbell reverse lunges (2x35's#/2x25's#)

80 alternating dumbell snatches (35#/25#)

Score 2: Echo Bike Calories

Teams may split reps however they wish but the movements must be completed in order. All reps of each movement must be completed before moving on to the next.

One partner must be actively biking at all times. 

If the bike stops, the work stops until someone is on the bike pedaling

Partners must tag before beginning each transition

20 Wall walks

60 alternating front rack dumbell reverse lunges (2x50#/2x35#)

100 alternating dumbell snatches (50#/35#)

Score 2: Echo Bike Calories

Teams may split reps however they wish

Bike calories stop accumulating once all work is complete.
