About This Competition

 

  • Saturday 2nd July
  • FML Downstairs Gym
  • 3 Divisions - Male / Female / Mixed Pairs
  • 4 Workouts (Scaling option available for each workout)
  • Workouts will be released in the 2 weeks leading up to the competition.
  • 08:00 - 09:00 Team Registration
  • 09:00 - 09:30 Brief & Warm Up 
  • 09:30 -Workout 1 - Heat 1
  • Heat times for the day will be released the week before competition.
  • Members only competition.

20x Clean + Jerk @ 40/25kg

16x Clean + Jerk @ 55/35kg

12x Clean + Jerk @ 70/45kg

8x Clean + Jerk @ 85/55kg

4x Clean + Jerk @ 100/65kg

*Reps split between pair however you like.

** Any form of Clean + Jerk is permitted.

For Time (10 min time cap)

 

20x Clean + Jerk @ 40/25kg

16x Clean + Jerk @ 50/30kg

12x Clean + Jerk @60/35kg

8x Clean + Jerk @70/40kg

4x Clean + Jerk @80/45kg

*Reps split between the pair however you like

As Many Rounds as Possible in 10mins off...

8x Thruster @ 45/30kg

8x Lateral Burpee over Bar

 

*You go I go on movements. Each member will alternate movements each round, example...

As Many rounds as possible in 10mins of...

8x Lateral Burpee over Bar

*You go I go on movements.

 

Score will be Total rounds + reps completed in 10mins. Any Scaled team will place below the Lowest Scoring team who completed workout as prescribed.
