- 3 Divisions - Male / Female / Mixed Pairs
- 4 Workouts (Scaling option available for each workout)
- Workouts will be released in the 2 weeks leading up to the competition.
- 08:00 - 09:00 Team Registration
- 09:00 - 09:30 Brief & Warm Up
- 09:30 -Workout 1 - Heat 1
- Heat times for the day will be released the week before competition.
- Members only competition.
