***Each teammember will complete 2 rounds each. The order of the workout is as follows:
Teammate 1 does 1 full round
Teammate 2 does 1 full round
Teammate 3 does 1 full round
Teammate 1 does 2nd full round
Teammate 2 does 2nd full round
Teammate 3 does 2nd full round**
**total of 6 rounds will be completed**
**teammates must tag hands before switching**
**tiebreaker is after Teammate 1 finishes 2nd full round**
"Just Hanging Out" Part 1
Max Unbroken Bar Hang
Part 2:
Immediately after max bar hang, clock continues and the team member will ski 200/150m
**each teammate will perform this sequence**
**it will be for 2 scores**
Part 1: Combined Times for Longest Hold
Part 2: Combine Time for Fastest Time.
**tiebreaker on part 1 is longest hold by a teammate**
**tiebreaker on part 2 is fastest ski by a teammate**

**1 teammate must be holding a Handstand Hold against Wall or a fornt plank hold for scaled in order for other teammembers to be accumulating calories on the bike and rower**
**1 team member will be working on the bike and 1 team member will be working on the rower at the same time**
**team members can switch whenever they want, but no calories can be accumulated until one team member is holding a Handstand or a Front Plank for Scaled**
