About This Competition
The Winter 2021 Competition is part 1 of 4 in Constant Competitor's "Fittest on the Web" series. The 4 competitions take place in the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Each of these competition leaderboards will be combined to one ultimate leaderboard which will determine the Fittest on the Web.

There are 5 Scored workouts over 4 weeks of competition. Each weeks workout(s) will be announced on Wednesdays at 5pm PST, and competitors will have a full week to submit scores.
The Men's and Women's divisions will have Prescribed (Rx) movements that will have Scaled options. Scores that are completed as Prescribed (Rx) will automatically rank higher than scores that are completed as Scaled.
Points will be earned by placement on each workout (1st Place = 100 points, 2nd Place = 95 points, 3rd Place = 90 points...) See a complete breakdown of the points sytem here.

Standards
Score Submissions: Submission of video for each workout are required. Video Submissions must be links to YouTube uploads. Uploading to a format that is not public/sharable will not be accepted and your submission may be rejected.
Movement Standards: Movement standards will be clearly listed on workout descriptions. Penalties will be assessed if all movement standards are not met.
Movements: Workouts will contain bodyweight movements, rowing erg (Concept 2 Rower required), box jumps (20"/24"/30"), shuttle runs, jump rope, weightlifting (Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine ball). Weights listed below are men/women.
Prescribed (Rx): Average barbell weights: Clean & Jerk/Snatch 135/95 lbs, Thruster 95/65 lbs, Deadlift 225/155 lbs, Dumbbell movements 50's/35's lbs. Movements also may include Double Unders, Handstand Push-Ups, Handstand Walk, Toes to Bar, Pull-Ups/Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, Muscle Ups (Ring and Bar) and more.
Scaled: Average barbell weights: Clean & Jerk/Snatch 95/65 lbs, Thruster 65/45 lbs, Deadlift 155/105 lbs, Dumbbell movements 35's/20's lbs. Movements also may include Single Unders, Bear Crawl, Hanging Knee Raises, Pull-Ups/Ring Rows, and more
Any weights listed above are average. Weights programmed in workouts may be lower or higher than listed above. Kilogram conversions will be listed with workout announcements

Each competition listed below is four weeks long containing five scored workouts. Each competition will be combined into a series leaderboard that will contain all 20 scores from all four competitions, which will determine the Fittest Man & Woman on the Web

1 Bear Complex
Competitors must move through the following complex: power clean + front squat + shoulder to overhead + back squat + back rack to overhead
Competitors may combine movements so long as they follow the movement pattern of the complex as described above. For instance: a competitor may perform a squat clean instead of a power clean + front squat.
There is no scaled version of this movement.
