Workouts
Athletes will have an 11 Minute Clock to achieve a 1 Rep Max Squat Clean. *Athletes will share one barbell. *Each weight is allowed a max of 3 attempts. *Once a weight is failed 3 times the athlete will receive a score of their highest successful lift *When one partner has a score, the other may continue for the remainder of the time left. * Bar must be received below parallel for the rep to count. Muscle and power cleans will not be allowed.
A race against the clock for time or max reps completed in a 10:00 Time Cap. Rx Division60 Calorie Echo Bike60 Dumbbell Snatches 50/3530 Calorie Echo Bike30 Dumbbell Snatches 75/50Scaled Division60 Calorie Echo Bike60 Dumbbell Snatches 35/2030 Calorie Echo Bike30 Dumbbell Snatches 35/20Masters Division60 Calorie Echo Bike60 Dumbbell Snatches 35/2030 Calorie Echo Bike30 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35*Reps can be divided however athletes choose with one person working and one person resting. *Any style Dumbbell Snatch is allowed (muscle, power, or squat).*Dumbbell Snatches do NOT have to be alternating.
RX DIVISION As many reps as possible in 8 minutes… 2-4-6-8-10-12… etc Ring Push-ups Deadlifts (255/185) Pistol Squats SCALED DIVISION As many reps as possible in 8 minutes… 2-4-6-8-10-12… etc Hand Release Push-ups Deadlifts (175/125) Dual Dumbbell Alternating Lunges (35/20) MASTERS DIVISION As many reps as possible in 8 minutes… 2-4-6-8-10-12… etc Hand Release Push-ups Deadlifts (185/135) Dual Dumbbell Alternating Lunges (35/20) *Reps will increase by 2 on each movement each round until the 8 minutes is up. *Reps can be divided however athletes choose with one person working and one person resting. .*Dumbbells are held at the athletes side with straight arms (scaled and masters division)
