Il successo delle nostre competizioni nasce dall'attenzione verso gli atleti principianti. Per noi, un atleta principiante è chiunque abbia poca o nessuna esperienza di gara e desideri mettersi alla prova come parte di un team. Le nostre competizioni sono anche il trampolino di lancio ideale per chi vuole progredire verso competizioni di livello più alto.

Il nostro obiettivo è far vivere a tutti i partecipanti, indipendentemente dal loro livello di fitness, l'emozione di calcare il campo gara, acclamati da centinaia di spettatori, amici e familiari, e di sentirsi protagonisti all'interno della nostra comunità

Le nostre competizioni non prevedono una divisione élite, poiché non è in linea con il nostro concetto di "principiante". L'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di:

  • Rifiutare la partecipazione di atleti di livello élite;
  • Riassegnare questi atleti a una divisione superiore, valutando caso per caso.

Se hai dei dubbi sulla tua idoneità a partecipare, ti invitiamo a contattarci in anticipo via e-mail all'indirizzo riportato in fondo.

Il concept:

  • Ottieni il posto in finale per il tuo team tramite la fase di qualificazione;
  • Pensato per atleti beginner;
  • Se accedi alla finale: NON troverai allenamenti multipli, lunghi e impegnativi distribuiti su due o più giorni;
  • Solo 1 giorno di competizione per TUTTE le categorie;
  • Programma di gara strutturato e preciso, in modo che tutti sappiano esattamente quando iniziano e quando finiscono;
  • Ogni partecipante affronterà 3 workout diversi durante la giornata, senza eliminazioni;
  • Non ci sarà la finale per determinare i primi tre classificati.
  • Gli esercizi metteranno alla prova resistenza, forza, potenza, abilità, movimenti a corpo libero o una combinazione di tutti questi aspetti citati;
  • Offriamo una speciale categoria GENITORE/FIGLIO nella nostra edizione Buddy, con allenamenti personalizzati per entrambi.

La competizione include 4 livelli con cui mettersi in gioco:

  • Scaled
  • Regular
  • Advanced
  • RX


Le divisioni includono diverse sottocategorie. È possibile iscriversi nelle seguenti combinazioni:

  • M/M (Uomo/Uomo)
  • F/F (Donna/Donna)
  • M/F (Uomo/Donna)
  • M/M 70+ (non RX)
  • F/F 70+ (non RX)
  • M/F 70+ (non RX)
  • Papà/Figlio (età bambino 6-12)
  • Mamma/Figlio (età bambino 6-12)

General info (EN)

The success of our competitions is the focus on the beginning athlete. By beginning athlete we mean anyone who has little to no competition experience and wants to experience this as a team. Our competitions are also the perfect start for your progression to higher level competitions. 

We want everyone who participates, regardless of their fitness level, to experience the feeling of being on the competition floor, cheered by hundreds of spectators, friends and family and where you can shine in our community. 

Our competitions do not have an elite division because it does not fit within our beginner concept. The organization reserves the right to: 

  • refuse these athletes;
  • reassign these athletes to a higher division (is considered on a case-by-case basis).

If you have any doubts whether you can participate or not, we ask you to inform us in advance by sending us an email via the email address you can find below.

The concept:

  • earn your team spot to the finals via the qualifier;
  • designed for the beginner athlete;
  • if you make it to the finals >>> NO multiple, long, hard workouts spread out over 2 or more days;
  • only 1 day of competition for ALL divisions;
  • tight time schedule so everyone knows when to start and when it is done;
  • ALL participants are doing 3 different workouts spread out during the day with NO cut-off;
  • NO finals to determine the 1th, 2th and 3th place overall;
  • testing endurance, strength, power, skill, bodyweight exercises or a mix of all mentioned;
  • we offer a parent/kid division in our Buddy edition with custom workouts.

The competition includes four levels to play:

  • Scaled
  • Regular
  • Advanced
  • RX

Unique in the divisions are the subdivisions. You can team up in the following sud-divisions:

  • M/M
  • F/F
  • M/F
  • M/M 70+ (not in RX)
  • F/F 70+ (not in RX)
  • M/F 70+ (not in RX)
  • Dad/Kid (Age kid 6-12)
  • Mom/Kid (Age kid 6-12)
