About This Competition

Retra throwdown is an in-house partner competition and social event. You can pair up with someone in club or bring a friend. We will have two different categories (Everyday Athlete and Elite Athlete). This is designed for everyone to be involved whether you are coming to Retra once a week or 6 times a week. Each team will be formed of two people, all pairs must be mixed sex (One male, One Female). The idea of the event is to meet new people, socialise, have a good workout and most of all have fun!

The day will start at 9am and finish around 3pm. It will be a full day of activities with prizes to be won. There is no entry fee
