About This Competition
Il Summer Slam Team Challenge è una gara a squadre, composte da 2 Uomini e 1 Donna, che si sfideranno sul campo del CUS Pavia Rugby il 29/30 Giugno 2019 in quattro diverse categorie:
- NOVICE: composta dai migliori 10 team che si sono conquistati il posto tramite la nostra competizione online, il Road to Summer Slam Team Challenge, e che si sfideranno durante la giornata di sabato 29 Giugno. CATEGORIA CHIUSA
- OPEN: composta da team a cui non sono richiesti: RING MUSCLE UP, BAR MUSCLE UP, CHEST TO BAR per le donne, HANDSTAND WALK, HANDSTAND PUSH UP, LEGLESS ROPE CLIMB, PISTOL SQUAT.
Si richiede di usare almeno questi carichi all’interno di un workout:
CLEAN & JERK @60/40 kg, SNATCH @50/35kg
- MASTER: composta da team in cui la somma totale dell'età degli atleti deve essere uguale o superiore a 105. Sono richieste tutte le skills.
- RX: composta da team a cui può essere richiesto ogni tipo di movimento.
