Brawl in the Burbs 2024
About This Competition
Hungry Dog Barbell and CrossFit Raid are happy to announce the return of THe Brawl in the Burbs coming Saturday August 24th, 2024. Co-Ed teams (Rx,SCALED, MASTERS) of two men and two women will compete in four challenging events. The top teams will be move on to an unannounced final championship event.
Cost is $300 per four person team. RX,Scaled and Masters divisions.
Registration will be capped at 40 teams.

All movements performed for reps. * indicate at least one person of each gender must be capable of performing. RX teams are expected to have completed the CrossFit Open as prescribed. Suggested for all team members to have finished CF Open in the top 25%.

Ability to perform most advanced gymnastics movements (chest-to-bar pull ups, handstand push ups, toes-to-bars, muscle ups, pistols, ring dips) Please note, if muscle ups are included not all team members will need to do them.
