Tous les entraînements seront diffusés à chaque lundi, en rotation sur 2 semaines, à partir du lundi 8 novembre. 

Vous avez jusqu'à 14 jours suite à la diffusion de l'entraînement, soit le dimanche, 11.59, pour entrer vos résultats. 

Vous devez absolument avoir un vidéo en main au cas où notre équipe de juges vous le demanderont.
