About This Competition



"Los guerreros se reunieron para probar su capacidad!"

Translation... The warriors gathered to prove their fitness

Grab your amigo! Capacidad De Dos Amigos is a two person competition designed to test the functional fitness of friends who love to work out together. 

This competition is hosted by CrossFit Unchained at their new facility with former Dos Amigos coordinators, Barbell Revolution Apparel with partnership from Trinity Competitons!


WHAT: 2-Person Team partner competition

WHEN: Saturday, April 13, 2019  (8am - 4:30pm)

WHERE: CrossFit Unchained - San Antonio TX!  (See map below)

DIVISIONS: Male/Male, Female/Female & Male/Female teams

DIVISION LEVELS: RX, Scaled, & Masters (35+)

COST: $150 /team ($75 each + fees)

REFUNDS: None!


WOD 1:

7 Minutes: For reps/Cals

50 OH SQUATS 

50 Burpees 2 Plate

Max Cal Row

RX 95/65  SC/MS 75/45

Partners will break up reps as desired to complete 


WOD 2:

6 Minutes (3 Minutes each Athlete):

Max Clean (Squat or Power)

Max Pull Ups (Rx: C2B)

Score equals total weight plus total pull ups


WOD 3: 

6 RFT (8 Min Cap)

10 Dumbbell Snatch 

10 Dumbbell Goblet Squats 

50 Double Unders (Scaled only: Singles)

RX: 50/35  SC/MS  35/25

Partners alternate rounds

Score = Time completed
