About This Competition
Welcome to FITSTOP GAMES!
We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming event, where the fittest from GC Fitstops will come together to compete in three epic events: LIFT, PERFORM, and CONDITION. These events will showcase the movements and fitness gains from our current 12-week block. Join forces with your fellow Fitstoppers in teams of 4 and see who will emerge victorious.
Workouts will be released on Saturday, June 15th at 7 AM.

Synchro AMRAP (as many rounds & reps as possible)
SCORE= Reps/Rounds
12min time cap
4 Laps Team shuttle
20 x alternating lunges

This event will be scored off total reps and rounds. Each shuttle = 1 rep/point.

60x Box jump overs
60x Alt DB Synchro Snatch @ M15kg/F10kg
Max Knees to chest in remaining time
Whilst knees to chest is being performed, one athlete must be holding a dumbbell (M15/F10kg) in a crusher grip, with arms locked out.
Score = knees to chest reps
Note: Each athlete must complete 5 K2C, do not need to be at once.
If an athlete doesn't complete 5 K2C, the amount of reps not completed will be deducted from final score

40x Burpee Box jump overs
60x Double DB Synchro Snatch @ M20kg/F12.5kg
Max Toes to Bar in remaining time
Whilst T2B is being performed, one athlete must be holding a dumbbell (M20/F12.5kg) in a crusher grip, with arms locked out.
Score = Toes to bar reps
Note: Each athlete must complete 5 T2B, do not need to be at once.
If an athlete doesn't complete 5 T2B, the amount of reps not completed will be deducted from final score

1 pair works in synchro to complete a round, before the next pair complete a round.
