Mayhem on the Mountain 2019
About This Competition
Mayhem on the Mountain is Alabama's largest outdoor functional fitness competition held at beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. Mayhem hosts over 500 competitors from around the southeast who compete as an individual or on a 4 person team. We have divisions for athletes of all skill levels!
Individuals will compete on Saturday August 17th and Teams will throw down on Sunday August 18th!
Individual Divisions: Male RX, Male Scaled, Women RX, Women Scaled, Mens Masters 35-39, Womens Masters 35-39, Mens Masters 40+, Womens Masters 40+
Team Divisions (4 Person): Male RX, Male Scaled, Women RX, Women Scaled, Mens Masters Mix (2 Athletes must be 35+), Womens Masters (2 Athletes must be 35+), COED RX, COED Scaled, COED Masters Mix (2 Athletes must be 35+)
