The Fitness League 2022/2023
About This Competition
The Kent Classic Fitness League is a series of Fitness competitions held at different locations across the season.
There 3 Categories to choose from, RX, Intermediate and Everyday.
This is a same-sex, team of 2 competitions.
The workouts will take place on Specific dates Released before the start of the competition season. The participants will then have the opportunity to come down to Saturday events where they will have the chance to tackle the workout in front of a judge and have their score validated and submitted to the leaderboard.
This is simply the registration link to enter your team.
Payment links for each fixture will be sent out to the teams before each fixture.

Option 1
Pay per Fixture - £80 per team
Option 2
Pay for Entire Season - £220 per team (save 10%)

60 THRUSTERS @ 30/40 kg
Assault bike calories ARE ROLLING ALL THE TIME. Two people are working at the same time- the quicker you finish thrusters, the better for your team to rest while the other is on the bike. Keep swapping till 8 mins is over
Score = Total Calories
Tie-break will be the time you finish your thrusters.
