Workouts
In 17 minutes complete as many reps as possible of the following:
40 BFB
30 Snatch 75/55
30 BFB
30 Snatch 135/95
20 BFB
30 Snatch 165/115
10 BFB
As many reps as possible in time remaining 205/135 (1 athlete)
*athletes are responsible for changing their own weights
*two foot jump is required but not 2 foot take off, meaning both feet must be in the air at the same time but do not have to leave or land at the same time
In 7 minutes athletes will build to a heavy complex of
1 Clean
1 Shoulder 2 Overhead
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder 2 Overhead
All Divisions!!!
1 Athlete Per movement
12 Minutes total 4 minutes at each station
1 rm Deadlift
1 rm Backsquat
1 rm Strict press
Score is weights combined
Female athletes will be receiving a 1.34 Multiplyer on their lifts.

@ the 8 min mark the athlete will have 3 min to complete as many 25ft HSW as possible or Wall Walks
(For every HSW athletes will receive 10 points, for every wall walk athletes will receive 1 point)
Handstand portion for double back.
