About This Competition



CrossFit Little Egypt is hosting their third year of the CrossFit Hustle! Teams are Guy/Girl and we will have both Scaled and Rx'd divisions. This year, we are capping the event at 40 teams. So get your man and lady together and sign up! Prizes, shirts and allllll the sweaty fun provided. All workouts have been programmed and hints will be released soon.
