Workouts
12 Bars - EMOM
For Total Points:
1min Per Bar; 10sec Transition
Clean = 1 Point / Jerk = 1 Point
Both Partners must complete lift within the min.
Lifts will be counted if bar is lifted before 1min time cap.
At least 1 point PER team member must be completed for both partners to move on to next bar.
If one partner does not successfully complete at least one point, that partner will not advance. The partner that did complete at least 1 point may advance to the next bar by themselves to continue.
