About This Competition

Event Information: May 11, 2024 at CrossFit Tyler
ETX Fittest workouts will be released beginning the week of April 15, 2024.
RX Athletes (18-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-54)
RX athletes should be able to perform movements including, but not limited to:
- Open workouts and benchmark/girl WODs RX
-Snatch 185/125 (40-54 135/95) (55+ 95/75)
-Clean & Jerk 225/155 (40-54 185/135) (55+ 155/105)
-Skills: Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups, Toes-to-Bar, Handstand Walks, Double Unders, Box Jumps 30/24", etc.
Scaled Athletes (All scaled athletes and other age groups)
Athletes should be able to perform movements including, but not limited to:
-Snatch 115/75 (40-54 95/65) (55+ 75/55)
-Clean & Jerk 155/105 (40-49 115/75) (55+ 95/65)
-Skills: Pull-ups, Hanging Knee Raises, Bear Crawls, Box Step-ups 30/24", etc.
