-*For last movement, You must nominate at the start of the workout what movement you are doing, Muscle ups OR Pull ups.  

THE FARMERS GRIND:

4rds For Time (12min cap) - (2rds each) Athlete A Completes 1 rd, then athlete B completes next rd then repeat.  

-7 Dual DB Devils Press (22.5/15kg) (Scale = 15/10kg)

-100m KB Farmers Carry (32/24kg) (Scale = 24/16kg) *Start at the station and walk around the rig then to the driveway and back.
