Our CrossFit event consists of 3 Divisions:
Individual RX Female
Individual RX Male
Teams of 3 - Any combination (MMM, FFF, FFM, MMF)

IMPORTANT DIVISION DETAILS:
This event gives ‘RX’ athletes an opportunity to test themselves in an individual competition and numbers are strictly limited. The workouts in the individual competition are suited to those that are at a quarter final and semi final level of training.
The team of 3 competition is suitable for Open & Quarter Finals level athletes who show an intermediate to advance level of competency through a wide variety of movements. Workouts in this competition will be varied and allow for shared work which may allow you to complete smaller sets of high level movements shared throughout your team.
WORKOUTS & STANDARDS
All workouts will be released in the lead up to the event to allow you the chance to be properly prepared and execute to the best of your ability on the day and teams will be able to strategise.
Movement standards will be outlined prior to the event and judges will be trained to hold this standard.
A video brief of each event outlining workouts, workout flow and movement standards the week before the event.

WARM UP AREA - provided with basic equipment involved on the day, BYO specifics like bands, foam rollers etc.
PARKING - street parking available along Monro Ave and Bath Road. McDonalds is located next door but only offer 45 minute parking so we do not recommend parking there. Please respect our neighbours and local businesses when parking.
SPECTATORS - bring your friends along to spectate, we have reserved space out the front of the gym to spend the day, we will have some Marquee's available but we suggest if you have your own to bring and set up prior to the event.
FOOD & DRINK - coffee van will be available on sight with some of the best brew youve ever had, we are located close to South Village shopping centre and plenty of local cafes that will have food available. We also have a microwave available to use if needed. We are working on having food available on sight.

Workouts
For time:
40 Dual KB Clean & Jerks
On the 0:00, 2:00, 4:00 and 6:00 athletes must perform:
16/12 Cal C2 Bike
24 Drag Rope Double Unders
Weights: 24/16kg KB's
Athletes will progress down the floor to signify when they have passed 20/30/40.
NOTE: All reps are performed from the hang, must start each set with a deadlift then move to the hang position.
8:00 Time Cap.
EVENT 2 starts at 8:00 mark.
4 Rounds for time:
24/18 Cal Row (for each team member)
30 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20"
16:00 Cap
Sandbag Hug Hold & DB Farmers Hold must be maintained for Row Cals to count, if they drop then cals must stop.
Weight 150/100# Sandbag, 22.5/15kg DB's.
Each team member cycles through the Row Cals and holds prior to the team sharing 30 BBJO. Example below:
Round 1:
Athlete 1 Rows, Athlete 2 Hug Holds, Athlete 3 Farmer Holds
Athlete 2 Rows, Athlete 3 Hug Holds, Athlete 1 Farmer Holds
Athlete 3 Rows, Athlete 1 Hug Holds, Athlete 2 Farmer Holds
Team shares 30 BBJO then moves into Round 2.
Immediately following Event 1:
7:00 to find a total
Clean + Hang Clean
(power/squat are both accepted)
Must be an unbroken complex.
Any lift that leaves the floor before the finishing buzzer that is completed will count.
If 2 athletes complete the same weight lift, tiebreak will be Event 1 time.
FOR TOTAL REPS: (TTB & Dual KB HC&J reps)
2:00 x 6 Rounds (2 work, 1 rest)
30/24 Cal C2 Bike
30 Dual KB Racked Squats 24/16kg
120 TTB in remaining time.
Once/If teams complete 120 TTB:
AMRAP Dual KB Hang C&J in remaining time.
Bike & Front Squats happen simultaneously. Split as desired between pair.
Pairs must complete the required calories/squats as a buy in each interval before starting TTB reps. If teams achieve 120 TTB they continue but the new AMRAP movement is Dual KB Hang C&J @ 24/16kg.
TTB + Dual KB reps won’t count unless the resting athlete is touching the C2 Bike.
If Male/Female pair are working together 27 cals on bike.
For Max Reps: - 6:00 -
P1 - 2:00 max reps @ 80/55kg
P2 - 2:00 max reps @ 80/55kg
P3 - 2:00 max reps @ 80/55kg
1:00 Transition to start Event 4.
LIFT OPTIONS:
1 Snatch (any) = 3 REPS
1 Clean & Jerk (any) = 2 REPS
1 Clean (any) = 1 REP
1 Deadlift = 0.5 REP
Athletes must pick and stick with the same movement for 2:00.
