About This Competition
HOLISTIC THROWDOWN 6-7 JULI 2024!
TEAM OM 2 TÄVLING I KATEOGRIERNA:
DAM TEAM (Intermediate & RX)
HERR TEAM (Intermediate & RX)
MIXED TEAM (Intermediate & RX)
Alla lag i samma kategori kommer att tävla mot varandra under dag 1 & kommer inför dag 2 att fördelas in i nivåerna Intermediate eller RX utifrån placering.
Dag 1 kommer innehålla grundläggande moment som utmanar alla atleter oavsett nivå.
Båda i teamet bör klara skivstångsövningar (clean, snatch, thruster, stoh...) 50/35 kg. Båda bör även kunna 3-5 toes to bar, pull-ups obrutet. En i laget bör kunna vanliga rope climbs, hanstand walk (ej obrutet) samt double unders.
DAG 2 INTERMEDIATE
Fortsätter på samma nivå som dag 1. Tyngre vikter och mer utmanande gymnastik kan förekomma närmare finalen.
Dag 2 RX:
Här är man redo för det mesta. RX kommer dock inte motsvara en "Elit" klass.
Anmälan är bindande och ingen ångerrätt finns. Ett lag som själva inte kan deltaga får sälja sin plats vidare.

Totalt 6 minuter för båda atleterna att etablera sitt 1 RM/övning. Fritt antal lyft.
Ett påbörjat lyft måste vara genomfört och godkänt innan klockan tickar över på en ny övning för att det ska räknas.
