IGNITE Workout Fundraiser
About This Competition
Welcome to IGNITE, a global workout fundraiser benefitting Forging Youth Resilience (FYR)!
This event is primarily a fundraiser supporting Forging Youth Resilience. Winners of this competition leaderboard will not receive prizes. However, the top three fundraising individuals and top five fundraising gyms will receive select prizes from YETI, LSKD, and Ascent Protein! Check out our fundraising leaderboard and donate here.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 this May 1-31, 2024 (Mental Health Awareness Month) through peer-to-peer donations and celebrate fitness as a pathway toward positive mental health.
To participate, select any date in May to do the IGNITE workout. Reach out to your network throughout the month of May to fundraise and bring awareness to the FYR's mission of empowering young people to build physical and mental strength for life.
100% of the proceeds will go directly toward empowering youth athletes nationwide.
IGNITE Workout
With an 18-minute running clock, complete:
21-15-9 reps of:
Thrusters
Lateral burpees over the bar
Sit-ups
♀ 65 lb ♂95 lb
In the remaining time, establish a max weight of the complex:
1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean

Part 1:
For time
21-15-9
Thrusters
Lateral burpees over the bar
Sit ups
RX: (95/65) Scaled: (65/45)
IGNITE is a two-part workout with a total 18-min time cap. Part one is 21-15-9 repetitions for time of barbell thrusters, lateral burpees over the bar, and sit ups. Part two is a max power clean and hang squat clean complex. Upon completing the 21-15-9 triplet for time, the athlete will use any remaining time in the 18-min time cap to establish a max complex of one power clean and one hang squat clean. Your time to complete the triplet and your heaviest complex will be two separate scores.
Part 2:
