Here is your chance to come hit some FUN and CHALLENGING workouts and bring your friends!! Driven Garage Gym will have 4 test to complete as an individual in this 1 day on site event!

we have limited seating. welcome to bring your own lawn chairs and pop up tent.
will need to park on Road (35th ave W)as parking is iimited.
we will not have food truck on site. we do have plenty of food options in town and we also have doordash for a delivery option.

Power clean, bar starts on floor and is lifted to the front rack position with hips and knees locked out at the top of the movement.
Lunges: knee touches ground and then feet must be brought together at the top before the next rep can begin. No stepppig through and no studder stepping.
Front squat: bar is power cleaned into front rack position, hips must be below the top of the knee when in the bottom of the squat, then stand so hips and knees are locked out at the top of the movement.
Thrusters: full depth squat on the first half of the movement and then full press on the second. no jerking!

Sandbag can touch the top of box but you must make an effort to throw the bag over the box.
5 Rounds of
10 calories bike with a 30 second rest between rounds
Your time for the next round starts 30 seconds after you finish your previous 10 calories. If you start early there will be a penalty.

Snatch + 2 overhead squats
Find a max weight for the complex in 10 minutes
2.5lbs is the smallest weight that can be used and you can not use or bring your own.
