About This Competition

Mitchapalooza is a celebration of our least favorite person, Mitchell Davis. Take this weekend to celebrate fitness, trash talk, and beer miles. Slide into someone's DM's and invite them to lose or at least not do better then you.

Workouts

The athlete will perform the following rep scheme 

12-9-6-3-6-9-12  of 

Power cleans 155/105

Bar facing burpees 

 

The athletes have 10:00 to complete the above rep scheme as fast as possible 

Following the 10:00 time cap for event 1 athletes will have a 2:00 transition to begin event #2 

 

At the 12:00 mark from event #1's clock athletes will have 7:00 to establish for max load  the complex of Clean + Front squat + jerk 

20:00 AMRAP 

9 Dumbbell Thruster 50/35

9 Box jump over 24/20 

9 Calorie row 

 

Box jump over and Row cals increase by 3 every round 

BEER MILE!!!! ---> For time 1 mile + 4 beers 

At 3-2-1- Go the athletes will begin the following two part workout 

 

21 Chest to bar pull ups

50 Double unders

15 Chest to bar pull ups 

40 Double unders

9 Chest to bar pull ups

30 Double unders

rest 3:00 

30 toe to bar 

80 double unders

20 toe to bar

70 double unders

10 toe to bar

60 double unders
