About This Competition
Welcome
The SISU Summer Throwdown is a two day, Partner Fitness Competition hosted by SISU Fitness and Nutrition in Excelsior, MN. Over 200 athletes will compete in five different workouts in Partner Rx, Intermediate and Scaled divisions.
Why: SISU loves having fun, we love summer, we love our community and of course we love a little healthy competition. So why not continue an awesome tradition? This year will be the 10th annual SISU Summer Throwdown.
What: The SISU Summer Throwdown is a two Day Fitness Competition and Summer Party with over 200 athletes participating in Same Sex and Co-ed Partner Rx, Intermediate and Scaled divisions. This year's events promise to be fun but challenging for all divisions with new events and movements!
When: June 27th and 28th

*Partners can split the complex however they want but have to do all 3 movements before switching off to their partner. Athlete does not have to perform the complex unbroken. It’s 20 reps of the complex for a total of 60 reps of movements.
