The ultimate way to showcase your barbell skills returns!

WHAT IS THE 1 TON CHALLENGE?

The 1 Ton Challenge involves 6 lifts for a single total.


The fun of the challenge gives each individual/team the space to showcase how much, smooth and fast one can move the lifts of squat, bench press, deadlift, snatch, clean and jerk for maximal load!


Gentlemen believe you can total 2,000 pounds and ladies 1,200?

 

The Format

Individuals will have 5 minutes to establish a total.


Partners (M/M, F/F, F/M) will have 10 minutes to establish a total.


Showcase lifters (by invitation) will have 2 minutes to establish a total.

Doors open at 9 a.m.

Will start the day with partners, then showcase lifters and finish with individuals. Each heat will have access to warm up area 30 minutes prior to event start time. Please only athletes on deck allowed in warm up area please and thank you.

 

Cost

Individuals - $20


Partners - $40


Showcase - No cost, but donations are always welcome.


We want to see the fastest total possible!

 

Food & Refreshments
There will be an onsite barista pulling shots and milk espresso drinks.

BBQ Lunch will also be onsite for your post lifting hanger pains!  Water and sodas as well

Liftoff Registration is $15/$25 for Early Birds.

Suggested donation for Showcase Lifters is $5+.

Sorry, No Refunds, unless approved on a Case-by-Case basis.

Lifter substitutions are OK as long as a valid waiver is signed prior to the Event Start.

BYOB is OK, but will not be allowed where the lifts are being performed.  Authorized personnel will be on hand to assess impairedness. DON'T DRINK AND LIFT!
