Individual Online Qualifier Description

Online Qualifier Refund Policy: All sales are final, there will be no refunds given to for Online Qualifier Registration.

Workout Release Information: 

- Individual Online Qualifiers will be released in two waves. 

- Week 1 will run from January 2nd - January 7th with 3 scored events being released on January 2nd at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 1 workouts will be due on January 7th at 8:00PM EST. 

- Week 2 will run from January 9th - January 14th with 3 scored events being released on January 9th at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 2 workouts will be due on January 14th at 8:00PM EST. 

- An Affiliate manager will be required to verify your score within 2 days. Video submission is NOT required to enter scores, but you must video your workouts. We will be asking for 1-2 video submissions at the end of the qualifier to validate your score so please have these videos available and ready to send over at the conclusion of the qualifier.

- At the end of the Individual Online Qualifier, once all scores are validated, the Top 20 Men and Top 20 Women will earn a invititation to compete at our Main Event in Washington, DC on April 12-14th. If an individual declines that invitation, another invite will be sent to the next athlete in line according to the leaderboard. 

- Any other questions or concerns, please refer to our 2019 Mid Atlantic Challenge Rulebook on our website.

Team Online Qualifier Description

Each team is comprised of 2 Men and 2 Women.

One Ticket Per Team: The Captain is only required to register their teammates but must have the names & email addresses on hand before checkout. 

Online Qualifier Refund Policy: All sales are final, there will be no refunds given to for Online Qualifier Registration.

Workout Release Information: 

- Team Online Qualifiers will be released in two waves. 

- Week 1 will run from January 23rd - January 28th with 3 scored events being released on January 23rd at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 1 workouts will be due on January 28th at 8:00PM EST. 

- Week 2 will run from January 30th - February 4th with 2 scored events being released on January 30th at 8:00PM EST. Scores for Week 2 workouts will be due on February 4th at 8:00PM EST. 

- An Affiliate manager will be required to verify your score within 2 days. Video submission is NOT required to enter scores, but the Elite Division you must video your workouts. We will be asking for 1-2 video submissions at the end of the qualifier to validate your score so please have these videos available and ready to send over at the conclusion of the qualifier. Again Rx and Scaled do NOT need to video, and Elite you must video your workouts but they are NOT required at score submission.

- At the end of the Team Online Qualifier, once all scores are validated, the Top 40 Elite Teams will earn a invititation to compete at our Main Event in Washington, DC on April 12-14th. If a Team declines that invitation, another invite will be sent to the next Team in line according to the leaderboard. 

- The Top 10 Rx Teams will earn an invitation, and spots 11-40 will be choosen at random for a total of 40 teams in the Rx Division.

- The Top 10 Scaled Teams will earn an invitation, and spots 11-40 will be choosen at random for a total of 40 teams in the Scaled Division.

 

Substitution Policy

- Elite Division. There are no substitutions allowed for this Division. The team that you start the Online Qualifier with is the team you must finish with, as well as being the 4 individuals that comprise your team for the Main Event.

- Rx and Scaled Division. There are no subsititions allowed for the Online Qualifier, the team you start the Qualifier with is the team you must finish the Qualfier with. However, if you earn a spot to the Main Event and need to substitute an athlete out, that must be done BEFORE check in at the Main Event.
