About This Competition

Following the incredible success of the inaugural Bua Bru Same-Sex Pairs, we’re excited to announce the highly anticipated Bua Bru Indoor Edition! Mark your calendars – this thrilling event will take place at Bua Naas on Saturday, March 22th, kicking off at 11:00 AM.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the action!

So, what has changed?

We’re shaking things up! The 800m run has been replaced with a thrilling 2000m bike, and both teammates will need to conquer the distance each at the same time. But that’s not all – we’ve cranked up the challenge for the first half of the workout, specifically for the Compete and Elite divisions, so get ready to push your limits!

For those who are ready to take things to the next level, the Elite Division is here to offer an even bigger challenge. And for those new to competition, we’ve got you covered too! We’re introducing the Intro Division, designed to provide an exciting entry point for everyone while still offering an awesome experience. It’s time to level up—no matter where you’re starting from!

That's not all though... Mixed Pairs have arrived!!

 What is The Bua Bru (Indoor)?

The Bua Bru is here to push your limits! This high-performance event is built for those craving the ultimate hybrid challenge, combining ergs, weightlifting, and conditioning in a thrilling same-sex race format.

The Indoor edition takes it to the next level with a fast-paced, 60-minute race that will have you moving non-stop! You’ll tackle four intense workstations, each equipped with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, and erg machines. The action is structured in a heart-pumping 21-15-9 format, and you’ll bike 2000m before and after each station. The goal? Crush the work as fast as you can, and finish strong within the allocated 60 minute time-cap!

Get ready to race, lift, and push your endurance to the limit. The Bua Bru is the ultimate test – are you in?

Intro

Barbell - 35/25 kg (Shoulder to Overhead + Hang Power Clean)
