About This Competition



Power Pack CrossFit presents its annual Co-ed competition Battle of the BAE's 2!
Event will start at 8:30 am and will end at 4:00 pm
An RX and scaled competition with 1 Male and 1 Female partner.
The competition will guarantee 3 WOD's. Top 5 teams will battle it out in a final WOD for both divisions.
$165 a team. ( 15% Earl Bird Special $140.25 until Jaurary 31st)

RX WOD 1

UP UP AND AWAY
1.) 6 Min Amrap (RX)
9 Toes To Bar
7 Box Jump Overs 30/24 in
10 Deadlifts 185/125 lbs
Each round the weight goes up (225/155) (275/185) (315/205)

-Each partner must complete the same round with the same weight to move on to the next round
-One partner working at a time
-Partner not working can add weight to the bar

6 Min Amrap (Scaled)
14 abmat Sit ups
7 Box Jump Overs 24/20 in
5 Deadlifts 135/95 lbs
Weight goes up (155/105) (185/125) (225/145)


RX WOD 2

GO BANANAS- A AND B
2a.) 7 min Amrap
15 Wall Balls 20/14
15 Pull ups
10 Burpees

2b.) Both athletes complete 1500 m on the Rower for time.
-Both athletes can be working at the same time
-Either athlete can row as long as they want. Example one athlete can do the whole 7 min Amrap and the other sit on the rower for 1500 m
